We are currently looking for a Senior Residential Mortgage Advisor with a strong background in Swiss real estate. Our client is a large investment banking group with a Branch in Lausanne who cater toward the affluent Swiss Onshore market. The organisation has an established training and education programme with a clear progression scheme.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Work with the various front office teams to advise the Bank’s clients on mortgage propositions and structure deals.
  • Meet face to face with clients and offer excellent customer service.
  • Maintain commercial relationships with customers through a heritage approach, aim to originate new deals and ensure profitability for the team. Always strive to keep up with market trends and offer insightful advise.
  • Work with Branch Director to ensure a smooth credit activity.
  • Role reports to the Head of Credit.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Strong experience of mortgage financing with a focus on the HNW Swiss Onshore market.
  • High levels of organisational and planning skills.
  • Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
  • CFC, HE and CFA qualifications are advantageous.
  • Track record of working in a team environment within a Private Bank or Affluent Real Estate firm.
