Redstone Private Banking Search are leaders in the global provision of search solutions for the international private banking and wealth management markets. With coverage of a wide variety of Private Banks, Boutiques, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Fund Managers and Investment Houses, Redstone Private Banking can offer tailored search solutions in a changing industry.

Redstone Private Banking Search are currently working with a large investment banking group who have recently launched a mass affluent Fintech platform in Lausanne. The group are mainly targeting Swiss onshore HNWIs, and they are looking for a relationship manager in Lausanne. The organisation has an established training and education programme with a clear progression scheme.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of High-net-worth Swiss resident / Swiss domiciled private clients.
  • Advising on affluent banking products and mortgages to the Swiss onshore market. The bank offers a training programme and the assistance of an investment team to ensure you have the necessary support.
  • Knowledge and mastery of financial markets, products and services (daily banking, savings, providence, mortgages, investment funds).
  • Represent and promote bank's image and brand by offering an excellent client service.
  • Role reports to the Team Head.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • At least three years of experience in client portfolio management in the Swiss banking sector.
  • Understanding of the real estate market in the Lausanne region and the canton of Vaud.
  • Fluent in French and English, German would be a plus.
  • CFC, HES or CFA qualifications are advantageous.
  • Ability to work in Lausanne.
