With coverage of a wide variety of Private Banks, Boutiques, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Fund Managers and Investment Houses, Redstone Private Banking can offer tailored search solutions in a changing industry.

Redstone Private Banking Search are currently working with private institution who are looking to expand their Latin American private banking team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Responsible for managing private client portfolio focused on the Latin American markets (South America and/or Central America and/or Caribbean)
  • Travelling to meet clients and to prospect new business in key markets
  • Advising clients on portfolio management, asset allocation, wealth structuring and other investments
  • Achieving Net New Money (NNM) and ROA targets
  • Role reports into Head of Private Banking

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • 8-10+ years’ experience as a Private Banker / Relationship Manager
  • Proven track record of client development, relationship management and revenue generation
  • Strong relationships with U/HNW private clients in Latin American regions
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Located in Nassau, Bahamas (happy to relocate)
