We are working with international Private Bank in Germany with a multi-billion dollar yearly revenue. They are looking for an HR Business Partner to support in administration and strategic recruiting. Role reports into the SVP of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Work alongside the Head of HR to support in new and existing hiring processes and manage your own recruiting
  • Cooperate with various departments in the business to better understand their hiring needs and provide feedback or advice where needed
  • Keep updated with financial market trends, both related and unrelated to hiring, to become an expert in financial recruiting
  • Develop and implement new ideas to maintain or improve employee satisfaction
  • Support in business administration and internal employee affairs, including accounting and payroll
  • Work on digitalisation projects and collaborate with the Bank on the integration of new HR Software
  • Role reports into the Head of HR

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Ideally, you have a degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related degree
  • Ideally, you have prior experience working in a financial institution in an HR or business management position
  • Experience with an ATS or HR software system is advantageous
  • You enjoy working in a team and you have strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of German Labour Law
  • Fluent in English and German
