Redstone Private Banking Search are currently working with an expanding Asset Management company that are going through a rapid growth stage across their Asian operations. The EAM are looking for experienced private bankers to expand their coverage of HNW/UHNWI from their Hong Kong base but are open to the right person working remotely

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients with a focus on the Asian Market in particular Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore.
  • Create sales and marketing strategies designed to generate revenue growth and to on-board new clients.
  • Ensure financial strategies are kept updated and appropriately aligned with client objectives and goals.
  • Present and communicate to clients and prospective client’s complex financial concepts and investment strategies in a way that is easily understandable.
  • Create and implement a wealth management strategy designed to strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • 3-5 Years minimum industry experience in dealing with a large Asian dominant portfolio of at least USD 100 MM.
  • Established client base with existing transferrable AUM and able to grow existing portfolio, with 60-70% of candidates key clients being from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • SFC Licensed and CWM or other designation a bonus.
  • Language skills - English, Mandarin (preferred), Cantonese (preferred).
  • Comply with all regulatory policies and control procedures regarding client transactions and suitability. Ensure clients are on-boarded appropriately including all required documentation is complete and accurate.
