With coverage of a wide variety of Private Banks, Boutiques, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Fund Managers and Investment Houses, Redstone Private Banking can offer tailored search solutions in a changing industry.

We are working with an international Private Bank in Switzerland looking for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor to support the Credit and Mortgages Teams within Wealth Management. The Bank finance commercial and residential real estate on a global scale and are looking for someone with international experience in mix used properties, hotel financing and buy-to-lease deals.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Work within the Banks’ mortgages team to help expand their global client coverage.
  • Advise clients on real estate financing options and structure complex deals for commercial and residential use properties. Aim to originate new deals and ensure profitability for the team.
  • Travel between the different offices in Switzerland to meet with colleagues and strategise with other team members
  • Work alongside the team leader to improve existing methodologies and frame works
  • Role reports into managing director.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Strong experience in international commercial and residential mortgages
  • Ability to lead commercial real estate projects and use your experience to provide complex solutions for the Bank’s Private Clients
  • Strong IT skills, programming skills are highly desirable
  • Knowledge of SWIFT or SQL is advantageous
  • Prior experience working in Switzerland
  • Fluent in English. Ability to speak French, German, Italian and/or Spanish is a bonus
