We are working with an international Private Bank in London who are looking for a client lifecycle management analyst reporting into the Head of Change.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Support the Head of Change, Compliance and operational teams with the management and improvement of the client lifecycle process within the Bank.
- Revise and analyse financial and client data to ensure all systems are accurate and up to date and events are being actioned appropriately.
- Project manage the client lifecycle process e.g. compliance and operational improvements to technology platforms
- Provide coverage and ongoing BAU activities within the Client Lifecycle Management team including account opening, reviews, account maintenance and closure, and the associated activities.
- Work effectively and communicate clearly with stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Experience of working in a Private Bank or Wealth Manager is highly desirable
- Experience working in client onboarding and life cycle is highly desirable
- Knowledge of IT Banking systems and experience as a product owner is highly desirable
- Familiarity with key UK Banking regulators and KYC guidelines/laws.
- Eligibility to work in the UK, Fluent in English.
